Tangible evidence of the love and prayers of our congregation.

In the creation of prayer shawls, knitters and crocheters often experience a particular and special peace, God’s peace.  Just so, many responses from those who receive a prayer shawl, whether it be a shawl of celebration or a shawl of comfort, describe a sense of peace felt when they wrap their shawl around them.  There is no overestimating the power of prayer, nor can the experience of feeling God’s peace be adequately described.  We continually pray that we may be instruments of God’s peace as we weave our yarn into garments of love from our congregation.
